Hi Jackson, I have 2 indoor cats. The 1 who’s the boss, because she was here first and didn’t learned to socialize because she left the nest to soon. We learned from 1 of your videos how to introduce them and now they get along more or less. I bring toys, always 2, so that they both can play, but of course the 1st one owns everything. I’m happy to have learned already from this video. Because a while ago they each had there way to play. But now Simba, the youngest retreets and looks quite anxious and just not happy. We spend time together. She’s gets on my lap and sleeps at my feet but she stopped playing and Mimiche controls every new thing I bring so Simba just watches or sleeps. Can you help me how to give them each there own toy? It’s a little bath whit water inside and they can try to catch the fish. Mimiche loves it. She’s so fascinated that she evens takes a nap next to it. And of course I put some treats on it to not get her frustrated.
So, I bought 2 of those but no succes. This is just one example. It’s not that Simba is afraid because she eats from her plate etc. Mimiche is just the boss and doesn’t share her toys.
Can you help me?
One more thing, every time when I make places where they can sit or jump to play, Mimiche goes and sit there. So Simba takes some spots to rest but Mimiche takes the most to put her scent and make it clear that it’s hers.
